Get A Flat Stomach - Four Tips Especially For You!

There are no secrets to knowing how to get a flat stomach - in fact there are no secrets in general.

A secrets is just something that you do not already know and if you learned to walk and read, then you can learn how to get a flat stomach. No more secrets. A flat stomach is not only sexy but a strong stomach, good core muscles and 6 pack abs will also improve your posture, make you look younger, help prevent back pain and protect your internal organs.

We need a multi pronged approach - 4 tips for you.

Tip 1

You are what you eat. I know you have probably hear this hundreds of times before but it really is true. Think of a computer programme, rubbish in = rubbish out. Really look at what you are eating. A very simple rule of thumb is this; if it did not exist 20 years ago and you cannot pronounce it, don't eat it! Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, drink approximately 100ml of water per hour and take your time to really enjoy your food. Eating more slowly and drinking more fluids will help improve your digestion and help you get a flat stomach.

Tip 2

Exercise correctly. If necessary, watch yourself on a video, get a friend to help or recruit a personal trainer. There is no point in doing hundreds of ab crunches if you are not doing them correctly. There is no need to buy an ab belt, ab rocker or home exercise machine. Learn to do it properly and stick to this technique. You can even end up having to exercise less!

Tip 3

Work the whole body not just the fat bits. Leave spot reduction for the laundry. Exercising the whole body will ensure that your muscles are exercised evenly and can help prevent muscle strain and postural problems. Warm up and cool down properly, stretching gently as you go.

Tip 4

Mix it up a bit. Keep varying your routine but this does not mean that your technique has to suffer. Include some cardio exercises and resistance exercises and you can even combine both by using weights such as hand weights, ankle weights, Kettle bells, Kettle Worx or just some cans from your kitchen cupboard. I often exercise with 2 bottles of water and then I get to drink them afterward. Apply these four tips and get a flat stomach. Keep applying these tips and you will keep a flat stomach.
