Best Martial Arts Techniques

There are many different styles and blends of martial arts out there and I plan on providing you with a list of the best techniques you can use to take down any attacker that causes you or your friends or family harm. These best martial arts techniques are used and completely valid for real life fighting.

The following list is not a list of moves to help tournament sparring or fighting in the cage. These are tips you want to use when a fight erupts in bar or if you are being attacked while mugged.

Women or men can use these tips and I will start with a list you can memorize and learn from for very valid training that will take out someone bigger or meaner then you.

Best martial arts techniques #1 - One of the biggest things you can do before you learn any specific moves is training with weights and cardio. You have to be able to withstand an attack and building up your muscular strength and endurance is essential for survival. Depending on your health and age, you should train for three to five days a week with weights and cardio exercises.

Get the best martial arts techniques #2 - The second. thing you can do to improve your chances of survival is training in a striking based martial arts style. There are many different styles to choose from. In my personal findings the best martial arts styles consist of arts like: kung fu, jeetkunedo concepts, karate, taekwondo and kickboxing. Being able to get constant drilling and training on a weekly basis will improve your fighting techniques.

Best martial arts techniques #3 - Never underestimate the kick to the groin on a male attacker. The problem is though, is that many men are prepared to block and defend this area of their bodies. So implement the groin kick or knee to the groin during combat or after the combat has started. Otherwise if you are able to bite, grab, twist, punch or kick the male groin will cause damage without much effort, causing alot of pain.

Best martial arts techniques #4 - Another great technique I highly advise is the eye gouge. Being able to slam your finger deep into your opponents eye can finish the fight then and there. If you can slam your fingers into his eye socket in the middle of being attacked you will see how well this actually works. If you are not a strong puncher or have never done boxing you will see the impact of an eye gouge and the immediate effects of how it works.
